Poolside calm amidst city bustle
The swimming pool was a delightful oasis, complemented by attentive staff who offered great service, ensuring we had everything we needed to relax. Breakfast was also a highlight with a varied selection.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning left much to be desired, making certain nights uncomfortable. the location, while near a tram stop, felt a bit distant from the vibrant city center.

The comfortable beds and lovely decor significantly enhanced the experience, while the swimming pool and outdoor bar were especially enjoyable during hot days. the restaurant service was frustratingly slow, and the lifts were out of order, making it difficult for families with children. though the quality of food was decent, it didn’t match the pricing.

Couple getaway, decent spot
The service was super fast, just like I need things to be. They even helped us with late check-out, which was a lifesaver! ! Seriously, the breakfast had a fantastic selection and made it worth waking up.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still fine for a stopover.

Comfortable room but disappointing service
I recently stayed for 4 nights and found the 4th-floor rooms to be redecorated and quite comfortable. the overall service left much to be desired, particularly in the restaurant where the quality of food didn’t match the price, and the slow service had us eating at different times. it was frustrating that the lifts were not operational, making trips to the room with kids a challenge.
